At a worksite located at 270 North Rangeline Road, Columbia, Missouri 65201, employees were exposed to serious electrical and fire hazards. A junction box which was located on the back shop wall by the loading dock did not have its door or cover locked, bolted, or screwed on to prevent unauthorized personnel access.
