29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3): Each recordable injury or illness were not recorded on the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred. 1) Human Resource Office: On or about January 23, 2019, the employer did not record a work-related injury that occurred on November 16, 2018 when an employee was loading and unloading parts in the front upper press. The injury resulted in a job restriction for the employee.
