29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation. a) 800 Van Reed Road, Wyomissing, PA: Temporary employee(s) were engaged in the cleaning of machinery including the "line 5" conveyor belt that was required to have energy isolation. The temporary employee(s) did not receive the requisite authorized employee training prior to performing this work. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
