The employee was not wearing safety glasses and were exposed to eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: (a) This violation occurred on or about February 05, 2019, at the job site located at 2160 Lake Estate Drive, Royse City, TX; where employees were installing a roof to a new residential single family house were exposed fall hazards to the lower level. JOSE LUIS WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUMPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.501(B)(13) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1277509, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1A THAT WAS ISSUED ON NOVEMBER 28, 2017 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 4805 STEINBACK LANE, FLOWER MOUND, TX. THE FINAL ORDER DATE WAS DECEMBER 19, 2017.
