29 CFR 1926.51(f)(1): Adequate washing facilities were not provided for employees engaged in operations where contaminants might have been harmful to the employees: a) Worksite located at 2900 Brodhead Rd., Bethlehem, PA - On or about February 5, 2019, employees were exposed to corrosive skin hazards while pouring concrete from a ready mix concrete truck, but the employees were not provided adequate washing facilities with clean water, soap, and clean towels for the employees. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1926.651(j)(1): Adequate protection was not provided to protect employees from loose rock or soil that could pose a hazard by falling or rolling from an excavation face: a) Worksite located at 2900 Brodhead Rd., Bethlehem, PA - On or about February 5, 2019, employees constructing wooden forms to encase conduit with concrete within an excavation were exposed to overhead struck-by hazards from loose rock on the face and top edge of the excavation. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
