29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) 1825 Grammes Road - On or about February 14, 2019, employees were working from a mobile scaffold, lifted to a working height of approximately 14 feet above a lower level by a Genie variable reach rough terrain forklift, without being protected from falling to that lower level by adequate means of fall protection.
