1926.503(c)(3): Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill. a) Jobsite, 410 Springwood Drive, Lebanon PA - On or about August 16, 2023 - Employees were working on the balcony of a five-story residential apartment building without the use of fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 20 feet. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
