On or about 2/8/2019, in the shop area, workers were exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards where the electrical 110V outlet was not hard mounted and was in use as a pendant attached to a flexible cord from the ceiling powering the Makita router S/N 6*7*445  b. On or about 2/8/2019, in the shop area, workers were exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards where the electrical 110V outlet was not hard mounted and was in use as a pendant attached to a flexible cord from the ceiling powering the DeWalt chop saw  c. On or about 2/8/2019, in the shop area, workers were exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards where the electrical 110 V outlet was not hard mounted and in use as a pendant attached to a flexible cord from the ceiling powering a pocket cutter and a yellow extension cord available for use.
