There were no visible gauges, audible alarms or pressure activated devices installed in paint spray booths to indicate or ensure that the required air speed was maintained.    Five Star Architectural, LLC, Dawsonville, GA - On or about 02/06/2019, employees were exposed to fire hazards while painting in a paint booth with flammable chemicals such as but not limited to Xpert Toner Base, Primer Sealer White, EZ Vinyl Sealer Gal, Duracoat Pre-Catalyzed Flat 10 Sheen Gal. The air velocity over the open face of the booth was on an average of 25-35 linear feet per minute. There were no visible gauges to ensure that the required air speed was maintained.
