29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:    Throughout the production area,    On or about 2/8/19, the employer had not provided training to employees on the chemicals in their work areas. Employees work with metals powders including but not limited to chromium, nickel, iron and copper. Nickel is a sensitizer. Chronic inhalation of iron can cause iron poisoning. Other metal powders cause irritation of the respiratory system and eyes and may cause headaches.
