29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c): a) At Mowrey Rd and SR 54 job site, an employee was exposed to an excavation collapse, in that, they were working in an excavation that was 5 feet, 6 inches deep on the north side and 6 feet, 2 inches deep on the south side without protective system, on or about February 12, 2019.
