29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: a. On or about February 12, 2019, on the 4:12 roof over the garage, two roofing employees were exposed to an 8 feet to 12 feet fall hazard from the eaves and raked edges in that they were not protected by a fall protection system. b. On or about February 12, 2019, on the 6:12 pitch second floor roof, two roofing employees were exposed to an 18 feet fall hazard from the eaves in that they were not protected by a fall protection system.
