ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED The employer, KUGP, Inc. DBA Quality Inn Danville, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1349465, citation number 01, item number 01a, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/29/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 37 Valley West Road, Danville, PA 17821.
