29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: a) Front Entrance and Right Side of Structure - Building materials, scrap lumber, trash and debris were discarded through out the area preventing clear passage to the structure and work areas, on or about January 3, 2019. No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
