29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   (a)   Arning Companies, Inc. at 723 Horizon Dr. Grand Junction, CO 81506: On or before 2/13/19 the controlling employer did not protect subcontractor employees from injury in that subcontractor employees picking up trash on top of the flat canopy roof over the pumping stations was performed without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet onto concrete.
