29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): A) On or about February 14, 2019, employees operating the Guillotine #3 & 4 machine were exposed to injuries from the machine's blade, in that the back side of the blade is not adequately guarded. Employees were able to access the blade area while the machine was in operation. B) On or about February 14, 2019, employees operating the Guillotine #5 & 6 machine were exposed to injuries from the machine's blade, in that the front side of the blades was not properly guarded. Employees were able to access to the blade area while the machine was in operation.
