In Machine Shop where an employee was exposed to electrical shock and struck-by hazards when servicing a HYD-MECH Model H12AMITS bandsaw without procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy.    b.  In Machine Shop where an employee was exposed to electrical shock and struck-by hazards when servicing a HYD-MECH Model H-14A, S/N 511128448 bandsaw without procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy.    c.  In Machine Shop where an employee was exposed to electrical shock and struck-by hazards when servicing a HYD-MECH Model H-14A, S/N 50406589 bandsaw without procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:    On or about February 14, 2019, and times prior thereto:    a.  In the Machine Shop Area on the South wall, where employees could not access an electrical safety switch was blocked by the Acra milling machine and other miscellaneous items that were stored in front of it.    b.  In the Machine Shop Area on the West wall, where employees could not access electrical safety switches that were blocked by the lathe machinery and other miscellaneous items that were stored on the side and in front of it.
