29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: a) Bourdon Tube Work Cell -1660, BT Line #1: On or about 12/11/2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to amputation and severe laceration hazards while operating BT Line #1 due to an inadequate guard at the point of operation.
