29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a. On or about February 13, 2019, employees were required to operate the dismantler machines on a daily basis. The horizontal band saw blades on the dismantlers were not guarded. Employees, were thereby exposed to laceration and amputation hazards.
