29 CFR 1910.133(a)(5): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used equipment with filter lenses that had a shade number appropriate for the work being performed, for protection from injurious light radiation. a) CSI Industries, Inc. / 6910 West Ridge Road, Fairview, PA: On or about February 21, 2019 the employees working at and near the HyPerformance Plasma HPR400 XD by Hypertherm were not wearing shaded safety glasses to properly protect their eyes.
