29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a) Acme Markets - Warehouse: Access to electrical panels that powered the lights was obstructed by equipment and stored product. Observed on or about 02/19/2019. ACME Markets Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1309153, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/24/2018 with respect to a workplace located at40 Walnut Street, Haddonfield NJ 08033.
