29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Deli/La Carte Area: An eyewash providing 15 minutes of a continuous flow was not provided where employees utilized Kay Block Whitener (corrosive), Sanisave No Rinse Cleaner Sanitizer (corrosive), Hawk Fryer Cleaner/Degreaser (corrosive) TB Disinfectant Cleaner Ready to Use (corrosive), and MarketGuard 121 (corrosive)on or about 6/9/2021. b) Meat Department: An eyewash providing 15 minutes of a continuous flow was not provided where employees utilized Kay Block Whitener (corrosive) and MarketGuard 121 (corrosive), on or about 6/9/2021. c) Seafood Department: An eyewash providing 15 minutes of a continuous flow was not provided where employees utilized Kay Block Whitener (corrosive), and MarketGuard 121 (corrosive), on or about 6/9/2021. d) Produce Department: An eyewash providing 15 minutes of a continuous flow was not provided where employees used Kay Block Whitener (corrosive), Sanisave No Rinse Cleaner Sanitizer (corrosive) and MarketGuard 121 (corrosive), on or about 6/9/2021. e) Bakery Department: An eyewash providing 15 minutes of a continuous flow was not provided where employees utilized Sanisave No Rinse Cleaner Sanitizer (corrosive), and Grease Strip Plus(corrosive)on or about 6/9/2021. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
