Location: 130B Anderson Ave Mount Vernon NY 10550: back shop On or about February 19, 2019, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while using a circular crosscut table saw that the hood was not made of adequate strength to resist blows and strains incidental to reasonable operation due to cracks in the guard.
