29 CFR 1926.34(a): In every building or structure exits were not arranged and maintained as to provide free and unobstructed egress from all parts of the building or structure at all times when it is occupied. a) At the facility on the second floor, west side of old recovery boiler #4, on or about February 21, 2019, the employer did not ensure employees had a means of unobstructed emergency egress where they were performing steel beam installation.
