29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:  a- 67 Thomas Drive, Robbinsville NJ: Workers, not using fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards up to and in excess of 12 feet to the ground surface below when walking and working at and near a residential structure second floor's unprotected openings and edges.  At the time of these exposures, the workers were performing floor sheathing installation and other related activities. Condition observed on or about 02/26/19.   NOTE:  IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
