29 CFR  1926.403(b)(1)(iii):The employer did not ensure that electrical equipment was free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees;  damaged electrical cords were in use exposing employees to live conductors:  a) On or about 04/22/2024, at the Arbor at Penfield Townhouses, located at 1657 Fairport Nine Mile Point, in Penfield, New York, the  employer did not enforce safe work practices by allowing employees to use energized damaged cords to connect to a portable generator and power hand tools.  Employees were exposed to electrical hazards from exposed  live parts.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
