29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: a) At 23927 Cypress Loop, Lot 51 Cypress Village, Orange Beach, Alabama: On or about February 27, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from a job made scaffolding on the East side of the house and the scaffold platform measured 12 inches wide exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 13.2 feet to the ground below. b) At 23927 Cypress Loop, Lot 51 Cypress Village, Orange Beach, Alabama: On or about February 27, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from a job made scaffolding on the North side of the house and the scaffold platform measured 8 inches wide exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 13.2 feet to the ground below.
