29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 24786 Slater Mill Rd., Lot 65 Blackstone Lake, Daphne, Alabama: On or about June 4, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of up to 19.8 feet to the concrete floor below. THE ROLLIE PEREZ DBA ROLLIE PEREZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1381209, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1,GROUP C AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 1, 2019, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 23927 COTTAGE LOOP, LOT 51 CYPRESS VILLAGE, ORANGE BEACH, ALABAMA.
