29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(10): The employer did not ensure that in all cases the required information [health and physical hazards on the safety data sheet] was provided for each hazardous chemical, and is readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they are in their work area(s): Before application of a floor coating on approximately February 22, 2019 in the production building, health and physical hazards from the safety data sheet, was not readily accessible to employees affected and working in the production building. (A safety data sheet was not available at the time of the inspection.)
