29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about February 26, 2019, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting reroofing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface. Arias Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1175095, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 9, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 6093 High Noon Ave., Colorado Springs, CO. Arias Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1019073, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on February 2, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 6118-6116 Palamino Parkway, Highlands Ranch, CO.
