29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Sycuan Casino, Northwest Section of Flat Roof (Near Northeast Section of Portico Roof), Parapet Facing Casino Way: On or about February 26, 2019, employees were staging scaffold equipment on roof greater than 6 feet above lower level. A fall protection system was not implemented. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet.
