This working level did not have full planking.  This working level had only two 2x10 scaffold planks at the working level's outer perimeter rather than five 2x10 planks needed to cover the total space between the uprights, on or about November 13, 2024.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
