29 CFR 1910.147(a)(2)(ii): Alternative measures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by the exception of 1910.147(a)(2)(ii) for routine, repetitive, and integral processes such as tool change, change over, and cleaning. a) Production floor, Robot Machine #7 - On or about February 28, 2019, after the tray feed door interlock became inoperative, the employer had not developed and implemented alternative measures to protect employees during the integral process of filling the tray feed.
