29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. a) On or about May 5, 2021, on line #7, where employees were exposed to amputation hazards when performing service tasks, such as knife blade changes on the Belkum 121 blow molder machine without outlining the steps for isolating the pneumatic energy to the equipment.
