29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) Building Exterior - right side: Employees were exposed to a 12 feet fall hazard while engaged in siding work from a pump jack scaffold without side rails. Employees were not utilizing personal fall arrest system or other means of fall protection system in place, on or about 2/27/2019 b) Building Exterior - right side: Employees were exposed to a 12 feet fall hazard while transitioning from the pump jack scaffold to the extension ladders that was about 3 feet away from the scaffold, on or about 2/27/2019
