29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:   a-432 Eton Court, Ridgewood NJ (Residential Roof): CSHO observed employees engaged in siding activities on a 4 on 12 pitched roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13ft in which a portable aluminum extension ladder whose ladder side rails did not extend 3ft above the upper landing surface. Condition noted on or about 03/11/2021.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b)(1)  a-432 Eton Court, Ridgewood NJ (Residential Roof): CSHO observed employee engaged in siding activities on a 8 on 12 pitched roof in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized exposing the employee to fall hazards of approximately 15ft to the concrete below. Condition noted on or about 01/13/2021.  KBC Contrators LLC was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1303894, Citation # 1, Item # 1, issued on 06/07/2018 with respect to a work place located at 846 Route 17N, Ramsey NJ 07446. This citation became a final order on 07/24/2018 (Closed)
