There were approximately 8 employees working on the second level of an apartment building. Employees not wearing harnesses removed the guard rails protecting an edge of the floor in order to slide a wall in place. These conditions exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 12.5 ft. and led to the fall and subsequent injury of an underage worker.
