29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: On or about February 28, 2019, employees engaged in drilling operations were exposed to electrical shock hazards around the solids control trailer due to having circuit breaker boxes not effectively closed. RTO Sales and Leasing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1224610, citation number 01, item number001 and was affirmed as a final order on September 21, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at_ BUSH 215 Lease, Well 1H, Savanna Drilling Rig # 413, 21.1 miles SW from Pecos TX 79772.
