29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: a) Building 24, Oheka Place at The Residences at Columbia Park, Morristown, NJ. Employee was exposed to falls of approximately 7 feet to the ground below as the employee was working from the top of the step ladder when this Werner MT Series Hybrid Ladder was used in its step ladder mode. Violation observed on or about 02/28/2019.
