29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): On or about 03/06/2019, Anheuser Bush Grants Farm, located at 10501 Gravois Road, St. Louis, MO, had not established a Hazard Communication Program with corresponding Safety Data Sheets (SDS). The employer did provided Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). The employer had not converted to the required Safety Data Sheets (SDS). There were such products as: 1) The 6TC93 Disc Flap which listed to get immediate medical help if enters the eye; and 2) STREETGUARD Anti-freeze listed that it could cause central nervous system disorders and kidney damage.
