The measurements throughout various points along the exit access ranged from 10 inches to 23 inches. a. At the electrical panels area. The exit access width was obstructed with restaurant materials, alcoholic beverages boxes, paint containers, vacuum cleaner, and a water pressure washer. The measurements ranged from 17 inches to 23 inches. b. At the pool pump room/storage area. The exit access width was obstructed with restaurant materials, extension cords, and miscellaneous The measurements ranged from 10 inches to 21 inches. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item since it was submitted prior to citation issuance.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a. On or about March 7, 2019, at the electrical panels area, at Nates Boathouse & Seafood Emporium restaurant back room. Electrical service panels in the area were not readily accessible. The electrical panels were blocked with restaurant materials, alcoholic beverages boxes, vacuum cleaner, and a water pressure washer.
