29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords and cables were attached to building surfaces: a. 3231 Freemansburg Facility in Easton - On or about March 8, 2019, employees were exposed to electrical hazards when flexible cords energized to 120 nominal volts AC were wrapped around building structures including, but not limited to, the tracks and supporting structures for the garage doors.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained, so far as possible, in a dry condition. Drainage was not maintained where wet process(es) were in use: a. Old Ambulance Bays, at 3231 Freemansburg Avenue in Easton, PA - On or about March 8, 2019, employees were exposed to slip hazards due to floor conditions not being smooth enough to remove water and stone on the floors surrounding the vehicles.
