29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords and cables were attached to building surfaces: a. 2016 Sullivan Trail in Palmer/Easton - On or about March 26, 2019, employees were exposed to electrical hazards when flexible cords energized to 120 nominal volts AC were wrapped around building structures including, but not limited to, the tracks and supporting structures for the garage doors.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained, so far as possible, in a dry condition. Drainage was not maintained where wet process(es) were in use: a. Old Ambulance Bays, at 2016 Sullivan Trail Palmer/ Easton, PA - On or about March 26, 2019, employees were exposed to slip hazards due to floor conditions where water was allowed to accumulate above floor drains on the floors surrounding the vehicles.
