29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. a) 801 Boxwood Road Wilmington, DE - On or about March 12, 2019, the employer failed to instruct employees in the recognition of hazards and avoidance of unsafe conditions related to their activities. Temporary labor employees were exposed to hazards related to the use of acetylene fueled torches used to burn scrap metal, including but not limited to aluminum, steel and copper.
