29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): a) CVS, 4645 Airport BLVD, Mobile, AL; on or about February 27, 2019 and times prior the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards from a scaffold platform 13.5 feet from the ground level by not providing complete planking of the working surface. The working surface had only two of the four required planks.
