Employees of Fernando Lopez were exposed to fall hazards greater than 25 feet, while engaged in residential roofing activities. Employees were not using fall protection equipment. The employer, Fernando Lopez, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1294534, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on March 22, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 7575 Chaucer Place, Garland, TX.
