29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Romero Construction at 581 Roser St. Lafayette, CO 80026: On or before 3/12/19 the creating and exposing employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees working on the roof of a two story, single family home were not wearing fall protection while performing tear off activities. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 12 feet in front and approximately 18 feet around the rest of the house.
