29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Oz Squared Construction, LLC at 11801 York St. Thornton, CO 80233: On or before 3/12/19 the creating and exposing employer did not protect employees from injury in that framers setting roof trusses on a new apartment building were not wearing fall protection. Employees were standing on ceiling joists of the third floor to install roof trusses. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to the next level and 30 feet to the ground.
