29 CFR 1926.652(b): The slopes and configurations of sloping and benching systems were not in accordance with the requirement options of 29 CFR 1926.652(b)(1), (b)(2), (b)(3), or (b)(4): (a) T. Lowell Construction at 1830 E. 128th Ave. Thornton, CO 80241: On or before 3/12/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that a pipe layer was working in an unprotected portion of a nine foot deep excavation where sloping and benching systems were not used in accordance with this standard. This condition exposed employees to a hazardous excavation.
