These fall hazards included the following:      a. Large roof to small roof - in excess of 8 feet,   b. Small roof to parking lot - in excess of 13 feet,  c. Small roof to loading bay parking - in excess of 17 feet.    SKYLINE ROOFING AND SHEET METAL COMPANY, INCORPORATED WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1093519, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1b AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 12, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 3450 SANDUSKY MALL BLVD., SANDUSKY, OHIO 44870.
